On Every Punartham/Punarvasu Nakshatra Akanda Namam is offered. “Om Chamundeshwari Namo Namah – Sree Chamundeshwari Namo Namah” mantra is chanted continuously for 12 hours in a rhythm by a group of devotees. At noon, free vegetarian meal is offered to all the devotees. Special poojas are offered in the morning and evening on Punartham Nakshtra, which is the birth star of the Goddes Dharmapuri Chamundeshawari.
